This page explains what information canxy.me collects when you use this site, why it's collected, and how it's handled. This is a small, independently-run site — not a company product — so this policy is written plainly rather than in heavy legal language.

When you register an account, we collect:

• Name — as you enter it at signup
• Email address — used for login and, once email is fully set up, to notify you about your meeting requests
• TikTok handle (optional) — so we can identify who you are if you've come from TikTok
• Password — stored as a securely hashed value; we do not store or have access to your actual password

When you submit a meeting request, we collect:

• The topic/description you provide
• Your requested date, time, timezone, and preferred call length

For basic security and abuse prevention, certain actions on the site (such as form submissions) may log technical information like your IP address and browser/device information (user agent). This is standard practice for most websites and is used only to detect spam, abuse, or unusual activity — never to identify or track you for marketing purposes.

• To process and respond to your meeting requests
• To send you your confirmed meeting link, once email delivery is set up
• To prevent spam, abuse, or misuse of the site

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. This site does not run ads and does not use third-party ad-tracking scripts.

Cookies

canxy.me uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in after you sign in. This cookie is essential for the site to function (without it, you'd be logged out on every page load) and is not used for tracking or advertising. The cookie is marked HttpOnly and Secure, meaning it can't be read by JavaScript and is only sent over encrypted connections.

Data retention

Your account information and meeting request history are kept for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll remove it.

Third parties

We do not currently share data with third-party services. If email delivery is added in the future (e.g. via an email provider to send meeting confirmations), that provider would only process your email address and message content solely for the purpose of delivering that email — never for their own marketing use.

Children's privacy

canxy.me is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has registered an account, please contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
